RealTouch AI is live and its rewriting tool works, so most people leave for a plan reason rather than a broken one. The constraints are a word ceiling applied per request, a monthly request count, no detector anywhere in the product, and a refund policy that excludes the annual plans its headline prices come from.

RealTouch AI (realtouchai.com) sells one main thing: a rewriting tool. Its homepage headline reads "AI writes it. We make it human." and the site footer lists three products, being AI Humanizer, Essay Generator and Homework Solver.
The tool sits on the homepage. There is a real input box placeholded "Paste your AI-generated text here…", a live word counter, and a "Humanize Now" button. Under the button the site states "Free account required", and the hero advertises "600 free words a day" with no credit card needed. So the free tier is real but account gated, which means I could not run text through it without registering, and I make no claim here about its output quality.
The site displays promotional figures which I report as RealTouch AI's own claims rather than verified facts: "99.9% pass rate", "100,000+ Active users", "5M+ Words humanized" and "4.8/5 Average rating", alongside a strip of detector names it says it works against including Turnitin, GPTZero, Copyleaks, Winston AI, Originality.ai and ZeroGPT.
There is no detector product. The URL /ai-detector returns 404, as does /detector. The pages on the site carrying detector words in their addresses are guide hubs and articles, not tools. If you want a score on a piece of text, RealTouch AI is not where you get one.
The operation looks maintained. The Terms of Service carry a last updated date of 10 February 2026 and the Refund Policy carries 14 August 2026, two days before this check. The listed contact is realtouchai@gmail.com. No company number or postal address is published.

Two details deserve a second read. The word ceiling is per request, not per day or per month, so a 2,000 word article cannot pass through Basic or Standard in one go. And the request counter is separate from that ceiling, so Basic gives you 80 attempts at up to 600 words each.
The Refund Policy is sharper still. Monthly plans are refundable within "three (3) calendar days from the initial date of purchase", but the same policy states "All yearly and lifetime plan purchases are final and non-refundable", and that no refund is available "if you have used over 1,000 words". The cheapest way to buy is therefore the way that cannot be refunded, and the usage threshold that voids a monthly refund is smaller than two requests on Premium.
If rewriting is the entire job and you never need a reading on the text, RealTouch AI is built for that and we are not. TextSight is a detector with a rewriter attached. On price its entry tier genuinely undercuts ours. Basic at $5.83 a month billed annually is below our Starter at $7.49 a month billed annually. If your volume fits inside 80 requests of 600 words, that is a real saving.
Premium also removes the request counter entirely. Unlimited requests at 3,000 words each for $143.04 a year is a lot of throughput for the money if throughput is what you are short of.
The free tier is usable, too. 600 words a day without a card is enough to evaluate the tool properly, and enough for short pieces indefinitely. Its published library of guides, glossary and comparison pages is also larger than most tools in this bracket bother with.
A rewriter with no detector means working blind. You change the text, then go elsewhere to learn whether the change did anything. Fine if you already pay for a checker. If not, you are one tool short.
Per request, per day and per month limits are not interchangeable. A 600 word per request cap and a 600 word per day cap sound alike and behave completely differently across a working week.
Annual pricing is the category norm, and non-refundable annual pricing is common enough to be worth checking before checkout rather than after.

One limit to know before switching. Our detector is an English-only ensemble built on DeBERTa, RoBERTa and ELECTRA, and it carries a known false-positive bias against writers working in English as a second language. If that describes your writing, we will be less useful than the band labels suggest, and a rewriting-only tool that never scores you may suit you better.
